Overview
Morrison Healthcare at Sacred Heart MC Riverbend in Springfield, OR is seeking a Clinical Nutrition Manager to lead a dynamic team of Dietitians and elevate patient care through evidence-based practice. This is an inpatient, day-shift opportunity.

Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Lead with purpose: guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of clinical nutrition professionals
- Drive excellence: design and implement clinical nutrition strategies that enhance patient care and align with operational goals
- Provide clinical nutrition care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Educate: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable wellness for patients, families, staff, and the community
- Apply evidence-based practice: integrate research and standards into daily nutrition care aligned with policies
- Collaborate for quality: partner with interdisciplinary teams and participate in QAPI initiatives
- Ensure compliance & satisfaction: work with food service leadership on menu and formulary management, regulatory standards, and patient experience
- Foster growth: support department staff and intern development through coaching, training, and education
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with 2+ years of experience
- Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) where applicable
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
