For our client Roche in Basel, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m/f/d).

• Performing routine measurements for Oligonucleotides (mainly HPLC with UV and/or Single Quadrant MS detection)
• Planning, executing, and documenting experiments collaboratively in a team of five associates.
• Use chromatographic data systems like Empower or Open Lab to control analytical instruments.
• Evaluate data with Genedata or Oligo Analysis Accelerator
• Developing, improving, and validating analytical methods for the quality assessment of Oligonucleotides.
• Ensuring compliance with GxP guidelines and relevant SOPs.

• a vocational scientific qualification as chemical laboratory technician (e.g. apprenticeship) with at least 2‑3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry (No Studies Degree; No Master or PhD)
• Hands‑on experience with analytical instrumentation and techniques (e.g., HPLC, MS)
• Interest or background in analytical development for oligonucleotides
• Strong knowledge of LC‑MS applications and instruments is a plus
• Experience with large molecules/biologics analytics is an advantage
• Self‑motivated, proactive, open‑minded, goal‑oriented, and a strong team player
• Stringent quality mindset, excellent attention to detail, and knowledge of GxP
• Requirements across clinical phases.
• Good command of English;
  German proficiency is beneficial.
