No call requirements unless sent home during shift due to low census we ask our coworkers to be available to the end of their regular scheduled shift for possible admits.

Required Licensure:
Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

Float Requirements:
Nurses will be expected to work in either the NICU, PICU, Pediatric medical floor or Peds ED as determined by patient volumes.

• Patient Ratios:
Are not guaranteed. Vented/critical pts 1:1, ICU status 2:1, and floor status 3:1. Ratios are determined by acuity
