Your role- Work as part of a supportive team to enrich the lives of our residents
- Provide personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Encourage and join in with leisure and social activities
- Show kindness and respect to residents, families and colleagues every day
- Enjoy working as part of a team to create a happy home
- No experience needed – we’ll give you all the training and support you need
- Communicate clearly and adapt to different situations
- Bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine care for older people
- 20 days’ annual leave (pro rata, plus bank holidays)
