• Handle incoming calls from patients, attorneys, and insurance companies to resolve issues and answer inquiries
• Communicate revenue cycle outcomes and processes effectively with callers
• Understand payor and state rules, regulations, and client information
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School diploma or GED required
• 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Familiarity with medical insurance terminology
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

• Previous experience in a customer service role within the healthcare industry
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and eagerness to learn new processes and procedures
