Overview
Expecting Together is reimagining how families prepare for pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. We combine nurse-led education with intentional, in-person community building so parents feel confident, supported, and deeply connected.
We are expanding beyond prenatal classes to include postnatal and early parenthood support, and we are hiring experienced clinicians to lead our small-group cohorts in Chicago.
This is an in-person teaching role, with additional paid work-from-home hours available for preparation, curriculum collaboration, and community engagement.
If you are high-energy, people-oriented, and deeply passionate about helping families thrive, this role is for you.

- Actively foster connection between families and help build lasting community within each cohort
- Bring energy, clarity, and clinical confidence to every session
- Contribute to curriculum feedback, refinement, and the evolution of our parenthood programming
- Active RN, NP, CNM, or equivalent licensure
- 5+ years bedside experience in labor and delivery, postpartum, women’s health, fertility, NICU, PICU, pediatrics, or related fields
- Strong facilitator who can guide discussion and build connection, not just lecture
- High energy and comfortable leading dynamic, interactive groups

- A belief that connection is a core component of care
- Flexible commitment. Teach 1 to 2 cohorts per month or scale based on availability
- Competitive compensation
