Epic Resolute PB Build Analyst; Certified – Remote

• Design, build, configure, and test Epic Resolute PB enhancements
• Build and optimize charge router rules, claim edit work queues, fee schedules, and coverage/benefit plan structures
• Execute unit, integrated, and regression testing to ensure functionality
• Analyze denials and clean claim rates to drive configuration improvements
• Partner with billing leadership to translate operational needs into Epic build solutions

• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on Epic PB build/configuration experience
• Experience building claim edit work queues, charge router logic, coverage/benefit plans, and fee schedules
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows
• Experience testing and validating Epic build changes

• Experience with charge review workflows and revenue cycle optimization initiatives
