Clinical Lead Manager - Occupational Therapist (OT)

We have an immediate need for a Clinical Lead Manager Occupational Therapist (OT) who is seeking a full‑time position with an established agency in a home health/remote work setting. The successful candidate will manage a team of occupational therapists and their assistants to provide therapy services to pediatric patients.

As a Clinical Lead Manager, you will perform the following:

• Lead a team of occupational therapists and their assistants to maintain caseloads, review evaluations, and ensure quality patient care
• Interview, hire, and onboard new team members, and manage HR issues such as PTO along company policies
• Set goals and expectations, conduct performance reviews, develop positive action plans for team members
• Ensure compliance in accordance with federal and state laws, professional standards, and company policies
• Address and respond to parent’s and caregiver’s concerns
• Perform evaluations and complete a minimum number of patient visits in‑home as required
• Any other duties as assigned

• Graduate of AOTA accredited school
• State therapy license or eligible in Texas
• BLS/CPR certification
• Experience or certifications in clinical specialties preferred
