Three Rivers Care is now hiring for a full-time and PRN Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapists/assistants, Occupational Therapists/assistants, and Speech Therapists to join our team. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) demonstrate professional knowledge of, and skill in applying, a wide range of theories, principles, and methodologies of the practice of occupational therapy. Specialized content areas of occupational therapy practice include, but are not limited to, hand specialty, ergonomics, blind/visual rehabilitation assistive technology, functional capacity examination, polytrauma, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, geriatrics, mental health, driver rehabilitation, home based primary care, etc.

These services are accomplished in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary treatment teams as appropriate.

• Must have valid Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials that is in good standing

Compensation for roles at Three Rivers Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Three Rivers Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Three Rivers Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Full-Time: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour depending on experience

PRN/On-Call: $40.00- $48.00 per hour depending on experience
