The Territory Manager willbe responsible for driving sales and market penetration of our Globe Pulsed Field System within a specific geography. You will lead the commercial launch of the Globe PF System within your territory and collaborate withandprovide strategic direction toa team of field clinical specialists delivering in-procedureproductsupport. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional with a strong background in medical device sales and a passion for advancing healthcare through innovative technology.

Meaningful work you will be a part of
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Globe PF System.
- Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, physicians, and healthcare facilities within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and applications of the pulsed field catheter system.
- Provide product and technicalassistanceto electrophysiologists and clinical staff using the Globe PF System during cardiac ablation procedures
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and regulatory, to ensure successful product launch and market adoption.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies in all sales activities.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experienceinmedical device sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrophysiology. Aminimum of3 yearssupportingcardiac ablation casesin an electrophysiologylabis strongly preferred
- Proven track recordof achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of electrophysiology and pulsed field catheter systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel within the territory as needed.
Compensation
Kardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution + variable compensation based on the achievement of organizational goals and objectives). Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
