• Record and generate information pertaining to the patient revenue process to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Develop relationships with customers to gather information and resolve issues effectively
• Operate general office equipment and manage clerical duties, including data entry and letter generation

• Ensure compliance with established policies and standards while maintaining high production levels

• Minimum of a high school diploma, with some postsecondary education preferred
• At least two years of experience in hospital access, physician office, or billing and collections
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and perform multiple tasks independently
• Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships with patients and colleagues

• Additional training or knowledge in business‑related fields
• Experience in a healthcare setting or relevant administrative roles
