Join Us as a Licensed Psychologist

The Psychologist is responsible for conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental conditions for the Company’s clients. This role ensures high-quality, ethical, and timely evaluations that meet clinical best practices, insurance requirements, and regulatory standards. This role will report directly to the Director of Psychology.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental concerns using standardized assessment tools, including but not limited to ADI-R, ADOS-2, and CARS

• Complete accurate, timely, and thorough evaluation reports in compliance with insurance, regulatory, and organizational requirements

• Convert all client sessions for billing within 24 hours of the session

• Adhere to all clinical standards and guidelines outlined in CSABA’s Psychology Department Clinical Handbook, the APA Ethics Code, and applicable state practice laws

• Participate in peer-to-peer reviews and consultations with insurance providers to support authorization and coverage decisions

• Meet productivity and billing expectations as outlined in the offer letter

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR), billing, and telehealth platforms in accordance with company policy

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards

• Participate in required departmental, clinical, and organizational meetings

• Travel between EI center locations as required

• Perform other duties consistent with the scope of the role as assigned

What You'll Need

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.
  
  D.) in Psychology

• Active, unrestricted psychologist license in the state(s) of practice

• Experience conducting Autism Diagnostic Assessments, including ADOS

• Ability to maintain licensure and credentialing in good standing

Work Location & Hours:

This is a Hybrid, Full-Time role.

Psychologicalevaluationswill be conducted both in person at our Princeton and Voorhees EI Centers and remotely.
