Mobile Occupational Therapist (OT)/Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)

• Meaningful Work – Provide home-based therapy that makes a real difference in clients’ lives. (Medicare Part

• Specialized Niches – We are the only mobile providers in our area for lymphedema therapy and Skills2
  
  Care® dementia caregiver training, and we support therapists in developing additional specialties that align with their passions.
• Flexible Caseload – Start with 12-15 visits per week, with opportunities to increase as desired. Create your own schedule with your clients.
• Collaborative Environment – We believe in support, teamwork, and problem‑solving so that therapists enjoy going to work every day.
• Community Engagement – Opportunities to attend networking events, lead community classes, and educate families and professionals about aging and occupational therapy at community events.

• Licensed OT or OTA in the state of Massachusetts.
• Passion for working with aging adults and caregivers.
• Desire to be part of a growing, mission‑driven organization.
• Interest in specialized therapy services and developing professional expertise.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and ability to work independently in a mobile setting.
• Willingness to collaborate, learn, and contribute to our team’s success.
• A therapist who wants to be a leader in their practice area, while staying close to home.
