Role Description

This full-time role, based in Shelton, CT, with opportunities for remote work, is for a Behavior Technician dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The Behavior Technician will implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions, support behavioral development, and collaborate with families, clinical supervisors, and other team members to ensure treatment goals are met. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients in acquiring new skills, tracking progress, and adapting strategies to meet individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience or knowledge in Behavioral Intervention and Psychology
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Ability to follow data-driven treatment plans and document progress accurately
  • Patience, compassion, and a commitment to improving quality of life for individuals with autism
  • Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is preferred but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus
