Are you ready to lead innovative statistical science that directly impacts patient outcomes? We are seeking a Statistical Scientist Lead to drive advanced analytics across clinical, biomarker, and PK/PD studies. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the design and interpretation of complex studies while collaborating with global teams and key stakeholders.

You’ll be part of a team that puts patients first—ensuring that clinical insights guide decision-making at every stage. Your expertise will support drug development programs from early-phase exploratory work to late-phase clinical studies, influencing regulatory submissions, publications, and strategic development decisions.
What You’ll Do- Lead statistical support for complex and novel studies, acting as Study Statistician, Regional Statistician Lead, or Global Statistical Lead.
- Provide strategic input on study design, analysis plans, and integrated data analyses to guide asset development.
- Execute biomarker and PK/PD strategies, contributing to both marketed products and pipeline assets.
- Collaborate with regulatory authorities, key opinion leaders, and HTAs on statistical matters.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and reproducibility of all statistical deliverables.
- Mentor and guide other statisticians, fostering best-in-class data science practices.
- PhD or M.S. in Biostatistics, Statistics, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience applying statistical methods in biomedical research, pharma, CRO, academia, or healthcare.
- Solid experience with pharmacokinetics (PK) and advanced statistical methodologies.
- Strong programming skills in SAS (knowledge of R is a plus).
- Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, and commercial landscapes in an international context.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
