• Provide clinical and technical support for vascular products and procedures to healthcare professionals
• Educate clients on clinical results and efficacy of the vascular product portfolio
• Conduct regular outreach to hospitals and clinics to support sales and education objectives
• Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve business plans and provide technical case support
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth

• High School Diploma with 11+ years of experience, or Associate Degree with 9+ years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 7+ years in healthcare or related fields
• Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in the medical device industry
• Strong project management skills and experience in coordinating programs
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Previous experience in field sales support or technical training
