Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year

We are currently seeking a full time, permanent Clinical Director to join our growing team at our brand new location in Santa Cruz, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and oversight of the behavioral health programs through integration of clinical supervision, program operations and quality assurance.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement clinical programs that align with the organization's strategic plan.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.
- Collaborate with other department heads and medical staff to identify and address patient care needs and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to behavioral health services.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and their families.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and advancements in the field of behavioral health.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss patient care, department operations, and any other pertinent issues.
- Coordinate with community agencies and other healthcare providers to promote integrated care for patients.
- Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Active California LMFT or LCSW
- Must meet the BBS qualifications to provide clinical supervision
- Must have at least 2 years of experience providing clinical supervision to a team within the youth mental health field
- Strong skills in training and development
