• Handle credentialing and payer enrollment processes for healthcare providers
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and manage workload independently

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and denial management
• Expertise in healthcare credentialing/reimbursement, preferably in radiology or diagnostics
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance enrollment processes
• Proven success in reducing denials and write-offs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable with frequent follow-ups and documentation tracking
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
