• Assist in verifying educational background, licenses, and certifications of healthcare providers
• Support compliance efforts with regulatory and accrediting institutions
• Help manage communication with providers, insurances, and related entities
• Input provider information into credentialing databases and maintain data accuracy
• Provide customer service support and respond to inquiries related to credentialing and enrollment

• Associate s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
• At least two years of experience in healthcare administration or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare credentialing and enrollment requirements
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data entry and management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
