Requirements
  • Doctorate
  • Master of Social Work obtained through an accredited program
  • 2 years post-MSW experience
  • A current social work license
  • Experience with CSWE accreditation requirements
  • Experience teaching in online education
  • Previous experience with writing accreditation reports and leading a team is preferred
Compensation

Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan with company match. The salary range for this position is $78,030 to $105,570.

Responsibilities and Program Leadership

As a member of the academic leadership team, responsibilities include hiring, training, developing and evaluating staff and faculty, and supervision of both faculty and staff, with programmatic management responsibilities as well. This may include data collection, analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement. Experience with programmatic accreditation is desired.

  • Physical Requirements
    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
    • Ability to move about readily and rapidly, if necessary, around campus, classrooms, clinical settings, etc., to access classrooms, desks, students, office machinery, clinics, patients, etc.
    • Constantly communicates using the spoken word with students, staff and colleagues.
    • Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess.
    • Operate equipment specific to programmatic track, personal computer, audio-visual equipment, clinical equipment, etc.
    • Travel to off-site meetings or conferences or to observe students during clinical education at off-site clinical settings.
    • For programs that include a clinical component, all faculty must be able to:
      • Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
      • Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
      • Finger dexterity required to manipulate objects.
      • See and hear within normal parameters.
      • Lift up to 25 pounds.
