- Analyze reports to identify trends and areas requiring refresher training
- Perform quality assurance to identify training gaps and recommend improvements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of employee training experience
- Strong proficiency with computer applications and software, especially Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Experience interacting with the public
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines pertaining to ambulance billing
- Familiarity with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other key federal regulations regarding healthcare
- Development of training materials and facilitating sessions for others
- At least one year of medical billing experience, ideally in EMS
