• Deliver training for new hires and refresher courses for current staff
• Maintain strong working relationships and clear communication with team members
• Update and manage online training tools and resources
• Analyze reports to identify trends and areas requiring refresher training
• Perform quality assurance to identify training gaps and recommend improvements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of employee training experience
• Strong proficiency with computer applications and software, especially Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Experience interacting with the public

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines pertaining to ambulance billing
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other key federal regulations regarding healthcare
• Development of training materials and facilitating sessions for others
• At least one year of medical billing experience, ideally in EMS
