Patient Access & Reimbursement Marketing Manager; US - Remote

• Manage copay programs for assigned medical benefit brands
• Support strategy development and execution for medical benefit copay initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Reimbursement Specialists and Compliance
• Provide data analysis to drive program performance and improvements
• Oversee and track budgets for select medical benefit copay brands

• Doctorate degree; or
• Master’s degree with 2 years of marketing, patient access, or patient reimbursement experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of marketing, patient access, or patient reimbursement experience; or
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of marketing, patient access, or patient reimbursement experience; or
• High school diploma/GED with 12 years of marketing, patient access, or patient reimbursement experience

• Experience in reimbursement and patient support service programs or medical benefit field sales experience
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence collaborators
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion
• Ability to thrive in evolving environments and adapt quickly to new processes
