Position: Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Overview

Advanceable ABA is seeking enthusiastic and committed Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver remote ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders. Join our dedicated team to make a meaningful impact on children's development while advancing your professional journey!

Location: 100% Remote (Anywhere in Virginia)

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour

Job Type: Part Time

Key Responsibilities
  • Observe and assess patients' behaviors.
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and medical professionals to discuss treatment and progress, providing strategies to address behavioral challenges.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to enhance or modify specific behaviors.
  • Create simulated conditions for effective behavioral observation of each client.
  • Design treatment plans that cater to clients' cognitive, social, emotional, and sensory needs.
  • Administer treatments and adapt interventions as necessary.
  • Recommend additional support from other professionals as needed.
  • Work efficiently within time and resource constraints.
  • Stay updated on evidence-based practice research.
  • Advocate for the inclusion of individuals with disabilities in various societal contexts.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a BCBA or in a similar role.
  • Understanding of referral procedures.
  • Exceptional verbal and report writing abilities.
  • Empathetic, calm, and patient disposition.
  • Capability to maintain professionalism and best practices under pressure.
  • Relevant training and certification as a BCBA.
Experience
  • Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
  • License/Certification: BCBA (Required), LBA (License by the State of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Medicine)
