Role Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Psychotherapist to join our remote team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will provide essential evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand client needs.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.
  • Offering compassionate counseling for mental health and relationship challenges.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care.
  • Maintaining accurate and confidential client records.
  • Empowering clients to navigate personal challenges towards improved well-being.
Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A background in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Experience in providing Mental Health and Relationship Counseling.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field with appropriate licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist.
  • Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
