Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists (PPTS), Southeastern Michigan’s premier private practice in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation, is seeking a motivated and skilled Homecare Physical Therapist Assistant to provide outpatient PT services to patients in their homes.

- Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS)

Our collaborative, patient-centered approach empowers therapists to deliver outstanding results and maximize patient recovery.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to home-based patients as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver patient-centered care and support recovery goals.
- Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist Assistant with a degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
