• Monitor 340B program updates and industry regulations from key agencies
• Coordinate client audit support activities and maintain audit documentation
• Assist in compiling compliance reports and dashboards for leadership review
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions for staff and external stakeholders
• Respond to inquiries related to regulatory, compliance, and training topics

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of 340B program experience and foundational understanding of pharmacy operations
• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar role, preferably within healthcare or compliance
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Apexus 340B Certified Expert (ACE) certification
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent credential
