Crawley, West Sussex.

Hours:

Full time. Salary: £33,701.42 per year. Closing date: 18 February 2026. Job type:
Permanent. Company: ALLIED CARE LIMITED. Remote working:
On-site only. This is a 10-bedded residential care home; the manager will lead a staff team and provide a high standard of care and a safe environment for residents with mental health needs.

The successful candidate will be directly accountable to the CQC and must have working knowledge of the law and regulations associated with the Registered Manager position.

Responsibilities

We are looking to recruit a Residential Care Home Manager who is committed to high standards of care and support and can provide leadership for a 10-bedded home. Responsibilities include managing a staff team of support workers and providing a quality service and a safe environment for service users.

The candidate will have management experience in a healthcare-related role and will ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications and requirements
  • Good general education
  • QCF Level 4 RMA as a minimum
  • At least 2 years’ previous experience in Health & Social Care, preferably with learning disability experience
  • Working towards Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care QCF
  • Completed Level 5 QCF

Driving license is an advantage but not required.
