Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician, you ll provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities. With guidance from a BCBA, you ll implement tailored behavior plans, collect data, and help families with training. You ll grow quickly with ongoing support from expert staff.

Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with Autism or developmental disabilities (in-home preferred).
  • Ability to work 1:1 with clients under BCBA guidance; willingness to travel to client homes.
  • Part-time availability in the afternoon/evening or weekends.
  • Effective data collection and documentation skills; strong communication with families and team.
