This highly visible Education Department position helps ensure clinical excellence in home-based nursing practice. You will:
- Define strategic learning initiatives and nursing curricula to advance nursing practice
- Be part of a highly skilled interdisciplinary training team

Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm
Hybrid - 4 days a week onsite or in the field; at least 1 day a week from home
Home Office LocationTraining Locations:
Larkspur, Sonoma, San Francisco, San Mateo and Pleasanton; periodic travel for onsite training and skills building
- ASN required, BSN preferred, MSN strongly preferred
- Must have experience in Hospice, Home Health and Palliative Care, ideally with adult and pediatric patient populations
- 5 years of field experience, preferably in a home-based healthcare setting, providing clinical services in the areas of life-threatening and chronic illness
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical education and coaching
- 2 years demonstrated knowledge of organizational effectiveness, change management and large-scale change preferred
- Experience coordinating Continuing Education events in alignment with the California Board of Registered Nursing and California Department of Public Health strongly preferred
- Experience curating and creating clinical education resources, including videos, tip-sheets and other materials strongly preferred
- Registered Nurse in California with current licensure to practice professional nursing within the state
- Certification in wound care, hospice/palliative care or related specialty strongly preferred
$56.65 - $70.90 hourly
