Overview

Providence is calling for Revenue Cycle Auditor RN within our 7 footprints location: AK, WA, OR, CA, TX, NM, or MT. The Revenue Integrity Auditor is responsible for providing patient-focused, standardized, compliant revenue cycle support that will assist Providence St Joseph Health in meeting financial objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide patient-focused, standardized, compliant revenue cycle support to help meet financial objectives. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle team members to accomplish specific objectives in a high-production, deadline-oriented environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-direction. Use Epic and related IT for documentation and data reporting.

Required Qualifications
  • Associate s Degree - Nursing.
  • Bachelor s Degree - Nursing.
  • 5 years - Clinical experience in an acute care setting.
  • 3 years - Experience actively utilizing EPIC and its data reporting functions.
  • 3 years - Experience working with Revenue Cycle team members to accomplish specific objectives.
  • Experience in a high production, deadline-oriented professional work environment requiring multi-tasking, flexibility, and self-directed work.
  • Strong background in the use of Epic, and other IT for documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master s Degree - Nursing, Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
  • 3 years - Experience working in case management or similar function in an acute care setting.
  • 2 years - Experience in a Revenue Cycle or Revenue Integrity role, identifying and resolving inefficiencies in charge capture and revenue cycle processes.
  • 1 year - Experience working in a multi-hospital and/or integrated healthcare system.
