- Collaborate with contracted providers to resolve data issues related to quality programs
- Educate providers and their staff on updates to clinical quality programs
- Serve as a resource for providers regarding measures in quality programs and documentation
- Assist in updating policies and procedures to enhance program operations
- Manage various immunizations and/or associated medical tests as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related discipline (Nursing, Dietetics, Exercise Science, Counseling, Social Work, or Health Education)
- Minimum of 4 years of quality improvement experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, HEDIS, and CMS Stars programs
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams
- Experience in public speaking and conducting effective presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical skills with a consumer healthcare market understanding
