Schedule
:
Days - Hybrid (after training); hourly with some evenings and weekends may be required. Some travel in the following areas (Clarion, Forest City, Webster City, Fort Dodge) with an agency vehicle provided. Office/Training location:
Forest City or Clarion.

RequirementsMust-Haves (Required Experience and Education)
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related Human Services field OR 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of the degree.
- Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working directly with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
- Compliance Knowledge: Ability to ensure program delivery is in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Experience:
Previous experience in a Home and Community Based Waiver (HCBS) setting is a plus. - Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
