• Deliver training for new hires and provide refresher training for current staff
• Maintain strong working relationships and clear communication with team members
• Update and manage online training tools and resources
• Track and monitor training initiatives to ensure effectiveness
• Analyze reports to identify trends requiring additional training

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year of employee training experience
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Experience interacting with the public

• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines related to ambulance billing
• Familiarity with HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and other key federal regulations regarding healthcare
• Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions
• At least one year of medical billing experience, ideally in EMS
