This is a non-clinical position on the Autism Care Team providing support and service to the behavioral health clinical autism teams in support of optimal member care and provider partnerships.

• Process and record receipt of clinical requests and assign for review.
• Facilitate follow-up calls for additional information from providers.
• Assist clinical staff in locating services for members through provider searches.
• Provide information to clinical staff regarding results of provider or resource searches.
• Monitor fax/email mailboxes and tasking buckets.
• Submits PIN requests for providers not listed in the system.
• Assigns cases to clinicians.
• Collaborates with clinical staff on administrative processes.
• Forwards documents to be attached to clinical cases.
• Creates new cases based on new requests.
• May participate in reporting or data collection with projects.

• 0-2 years of prior relevant work experience
• 1+ year of working in Behavioral Health

• Med Compass Experience

• High School Diploma

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$21.10 - $44.99

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
