• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all clinical field training programs
• Develop and maintain core training content covering clinical knowledge and device programming
• Provide programmer training and education to enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with Medical Education and subject matter experts to create customer-facing education
• Assess training needs and implement targeted solutions to improve field capability

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing and/or implementing clinical training programs or curriculum design
• Experience with implantable medical devices is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to travel (including overnight stays) up to 25-60% as needed

• Experience with Cardiac Rhythm Management preferred
• Experience with sleep medicine is a plus
• IBHRE certification is a plus
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
