• Evaluate credentialing applications for accuracy and completeness based on provider specialty
• Communicate with healthcare providers to clarify questions and request missing information
• Update credentialing software systems with required information
• Review and process daily alerts for sanctions, exclusions, and Medicare opt-out reports
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality related to provider information

• At least 1 year of experience in a data processing, production, and/or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office suite
• Self-direction and logical thinking abilities
• Experience with internet research
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Background in production-related roles
