This is a full-time remote position for an Intake Specialist. The role involves assisting patients with the intake process, including gathering required documentation, verifying insurance information, and entering data accurately into internal systems. The Intake Specialist will also communicate with patients to address inquiries, confirm orders, and ensure smooth onboarding. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other departments to facilitate efficient workflows and providing a high-quality customer service.
