- Manage travel requirements, approximately 60% of the time
- Bachelor s Degree in a health-related discipline (e.g., Nursing, Dietetics, Exercise Science)
- Minimum of 4 years of quality improvement experience
- At least 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare, HEDIS, and CMS Stars programs
- Strong analytical skills and excellent oral/written communication abilities
- Experience working with senior leadership teams
- Ability to conduct effective presentations in public settings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of the consumer healthcare market
