Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), based in Anaheim, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will assess, develop, and implement behavior intervention plans, provide applied behavior analysis (ABA), and conduct comprehensive behavior assessments. Responsibilities also include educating parents and caregivers, supervising intervention teams, monitoring client progress, and collaborating across disciplines to ensure quality care and efficacy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
• Strong foundation in Psychology with a focus on behavioral principles
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA certification) is required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work in both in-office and remote settings
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children and individuals with developmental disabilities, is a plus
