About The Role

We are seeking compassionate LPCs or LCSWs to provide therapy services to adolescents and adults. This role offers flexibility, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to work with a diverse client population through in-person and fully remote care.

• Provide therapy sessions (in-person or telehealth) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document sessions and manage a caseload of approximately 20 clients per week
• Assess client needs and make referrals when appropriate
• Participate in occasional team meetings

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active LPC or LCSW license in Pennsylvania
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
