Pricing Specialist - Remote (full time)

• Responsible for the setup and maintenance of all customer account information (including deactivation and reactivation of accounts) meeting all business, legal, and compliance guidelines.
• Receive account setup requests, determine whether the request requires a contract or contract update.
• Document, review, and enter/update customer account information in Lab Corp systems as submitted by internal or external customers.
• Complete and retain audit packages.
• Maintain and distribute relevant information in support of customer/test level pricing decisions. Retrieve, manipulate and understand data from multiple sources (Salesforce, LCLS, CRM, Pricing Databases).
• Operate, understand and engage pricing templates, pricing calculators, and pricing system approval processes required to calculate and implement approved pricing.
• Complete all projects, including any documentation for compliance.
• Research, investigate and support resolution of pricing issues arising from customer inquiries.
• Prepare pre-defined documents/files of data for distribution upon request or at pre-determined intervals.
• Distribute or coordinate distribution of pre-defined documents/data upon request or at pre-determined intervals.
• Respond to or coordinate responses to general inquiries regarding company or customer-specific price elements.
• Understand and follow department processes and SOPs.
• Support non-pricing functions within the department as requested.
• Meet turnaround times and quality standards.

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of related business experience; relevant work experience in Healthcare field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience in Customer Master and Pricing preferred.

Pay Range: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule/Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm ET

Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
