• Review and prepare billing forms to ensure accuracy and completeness for claims submission
• Enter documentation and adjustments into the computer system to maintain correct account balances
• Identify charge discrepancies and complete interdepartmental requests for rebilling
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain required records, reports, and files
• Evaluate account information and apply follow-up procedures as needed

• Prior experience handling general office responsibilities and working with billing or financial documentation
• Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm and strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and basic safety practices
• High School Diploma preferred

• Experience in a fast-paced billing environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
