• Conduct primary research on healthcare statutes, administrative codes, and related regulatory guidance using AI-driven workflows
• Interpret regulatory requirements and differentiate between statutory mandates, obligations, and best-practice recommendations
• Determine regulatory applicability by care setting, facility type, and jurisdiction
• Identify and document training requirements, including frequency and enforcement considerations
• Collaborate with clinical SMEs to validate regulatory interpretations and respond to inquiries with clear explanations

• Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in health policy, public policy, regulatory affairs, or public health)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory analysis, compliance, or health policy
• Proven experience interpreting healthcare regulations or statutes
• Strong written communication skills to explain complex regulatory concepts clearly
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments

• Experience with CMS Conditions of Participation and/or state Department of Health regulations
• Experience supporting compliance, accreditation, or regulatory intelligence products
• Advanced degree (MPH, MPA) and/or certification (CHC) preferred
