Overview
Vivo Infusion is seeking an experienced sales professional with a background in Healthcare or Pharma to join the team in the San Antonio, TX area. This role focuses on traveling within the region to promote provider relationships and drive referrals to support Vivo Infusion clinics. The sales team offers uncapped commission, company-provided leads, flexible scheduling, and strong team support.
The Regional Infusion Sales Specialist will work remotely and travel consistently within 30-60 miles of supported locations. Only applicants residing within the posted region will be considered at this time.
Responsibilities- Meet with healthcare professionals to educate them about Vivo's services and patient benefits.
- Prospect for new business opportunities while nurturing existing relationships.
- Stay informed on market changes and collaborate with local clinical, sales, and patient care navigator teams.
- Partner with local pharmaceutical sales representatives to develop strategies and identify targets to increase referral pipelines.
- Apply consultative selling to overcome objections from referring providers and patients.
- Provide educated assessments of providers’ infusion needs and promote Vivo’s full line of patient-centered services and proven processes.
- Discuss the clinic intake process, benefits verification, clinical excellence, patient services, provider support, and cost-effective care.
- Leverage Pharma Rep contact sheets to drive territory relationships and success.
- Utilize the company CRM (Trella Health) to log daily calls and maintain regional notes.
- Approach sales opportunities with a focus on improving patient outcomes and care.
- Collaborate with Patient Care Navigator, Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams with mutual respect and professionalism.
- Represent Vivo in a manner consistent with company guiding principles, mission, and values.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of sales experience generating revenue through B2B referrals required.
- 2 years of pharma, commercial insurance, or healthcare sales experience required.
- Valid state driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to travel within the territory (vehicle stipend, parking, tolls provided).
- Motivation with a proven track record of managing a sales territory and meeting/exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with healthcare professionals, pharmaceutical partners, and vendors.
- Strong customer service, learning agility, and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy with MS Office and CRM software; experience with Trella Healthcare is a plus.

- Base: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
