This full-time hybrid role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is based in New Jersey, United States, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will design and implement individualized treatment plans for children, conduct functional behavior assessments, and oversee progress through data collection and analysis. Responsibilities also include providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborating with caregivers and education teams, and ensuring evidence-based practices are adhered to.
The BCBA will play a pivotal role in fostering positive outcomes, empowering children with the skills needed for success.
- Experience with behavior assessment, treatment plans, and behavior intervention services
- Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and tailoring interventions based on individual needs
- Proficiency in data analysis, behavior tracking, and reporting
- Strong ability to provide training and supervision to RBTs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Passion for working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Familiarity with utilizing evidence-based practices and adapting interventions to individual client needs
