• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the electrophysiological mapping and navigation system
• Educate and train healthcare personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping solutions
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business
• Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to conduct customer training and achieve sales goals

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
• Ability to work in a clinical environment with exposure to infectious disease and radiation

• B.A./B.S. degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record of technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
