Overview
Position: Provider Enrollment Specialist
Experience Level: Intermediate
Location: Remote - but will be required to work 8am - 4pm MST hours
Employment Type: Full-Time 40 hours/week
Responsibilities- Prepare and submit provider enrollment and re-enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans.
- Maintain accurate and current provider records in internal databases and payer portals.
- Track application progress and follow up with payers to ensure timely approval.
- Collaborate with providers and credentialing teams to collect required documentation and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor re-credentialing and revalidation timelines to ensure uninterrupted participation with payers.
- Respond to inquiries from providers and internal departments regarding enrollment status or requirements.
- Assist with audits and generate reports related to enrollment activities.

- Non-delegated credentialing experience
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CAQH preferred.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mountain View, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
