• Handle program compliance, policy development, auditing, monitoring, and report development within Health Care Services teams
• Assess program compliance and establish auditing and monitoring protocols
• Manage projects, analyze data, and develop policies and procedures
• Ensure adherence to managed care regulatory compliance for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines of business
• Write technical or operational policies and procedures related to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

• Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, policy, and operational aspects of managed care
• Proven experience in assessing program compliance and establishing auditing protocols
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, data analysis, and policy/procedure development
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical or operational policy and procedure writing related to regulatory requirements

• Experience with CMS and State Medicaid regulations and programs as they relate to Medical Management
