At Cardio Serv, we operate at the intersection of clinical excellence, education, and quality strategy.
Role DescriptionCardio Serv is seeking a Cardiac Imaging Quality and Education Specialist to oversee echocardiography quality and education initiatives for key strategic accounts.
This is a full-time, remote, non-scanning role focused on advanced clinical review, physician and sonographer education, and quality improvement leadership. Key responsibilitiesKey responsibilities include:
- Conducting advanced technical and interpretive quality reviews of echocardiography studies
- Providing actionable, professional feedback to physicians and sonographers to improve image acquisition, measurements, interpretation, and reporting
- Leading and supporting physician- and sonographer-facing education initiatives
- Partnering with administrative and clinical leadership to advance quality improvement goals
- Supporting accreditation-related quality activities and ongoing performance monitoring
- Representing Cardio Serv with professionalism, credibility, and clinical authority across client interactions
This role is ideal for an advanced echocardiography professional who has moved beyond day-to-day scanning and is seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and intellectually engaging position.
QualificationsRequired:
- Advanced expertise in adult echocardiography, including measurement accuracy, interpretation, and reporting standards
- Demonstrated experience in echocardiography quality assessment, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong ability to educate and communicate effectively with physicians, sonographers, and administrative teams
- In-depth knowledge of current ASE guidelines and standards for adult echocardiography
- ARDMS or CCI credential in echocardiography

- Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) credential
- Experience in healthcare consulting, clinical education, industry clinical applications, or quality leadership roles
- Exposure to vascular ultrasound and/or nuclear cardiology (preferred, not required)

- Fully remote position with no required travel. Optional travel opportunities may be available for those who enjoy in-person collaboration.
- No routine clinical scanning required
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
- Opportunity to help shape and grow a unique, high-impact clinical role within a nationally recognized quality organization
