Overview
Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The program leverages the expertise of the Children’s Specialized Hospital Autism Center of Excellence to expand access to innovative and compassionate care. Children’s Specialized ABA offers home-based, community-based, and center-based ABA therapy.
Join Us as a System Administrator - Central ReachServe as the primary administrator and internal point of contact for the Central Reach system, managing vendor support, system integrity, data accuracy, and user support. Partner with cross-functional teams to configure, optimize and maintain Central Reach to support clinical, billing, and operational needs, including feature rollouts, troubleshooting, and ongoing database maintenance.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary liaison with Central Reach Customer Success, managing support tickets, coordinating resolutions, and communicating updates to internal stakeholders
- Oversee system administration and functionality to ensure ongoing system integrity and efficiency
- Audit, identify, and correct data inconsistencies in Central Reach to ensure accuracy across systems
- Partner with departments to design and set up new data structures and configurations within Central Reach that support business needs
- Manage the rollout of new Central Reach system features, including testing, documentation, and user adoption support
- Act as the primary point of contact for Central Reach system inquiries, exercising judgment to triage issues, determine appropriate resolution paths, and coordinate solutions
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex Central Reach systems issues, evaluating multiple solution options, and implementing corrective actions to ensure system integrity and continuity of operations
- Collaborate with users to optimize processes and improve overall system efficiency
- Own ongoing data governance within Central Reach, assessing when and how data updates should be implemented to support evolving business and regulatory needs
- Other duties as assigned
- High school Diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience focused on the administrative and operational functions of Central Reach is REQUIRED
- 2+ years’ experience with Central Reach is REQUIRED
This is a full-time position that is fully remote. You must currently live in one of the following US States: AZ, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX or VA. The core hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $75,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
